Good luck. We will probably get another "We are working hard on other things right now" excuse.

Searing Flames (PvP)
Energy = 5, recharge = 1
This skill now does over 9000 damage
Aegis (PvP)
Energy = 5, recharge = 5
Nobody on your team takes damage for the next 30 seconds.
Something like that

buff to some pve skills
nerf of some key well used balanced skill
random buff to a mesmer elite noone will ever use
they are probably busy working on the next big update, which is due in X months so no time for balance!

I'm expecting Shadow Form and RoJ to see no changes.
Copy-paste to future months.

They'll forget about ritualists as usual.
"random unnecassary elemantalist buff" - that's a good one unfortunately true enough :/

My best guess with one elite per profession, given recent skill updates:
Dwarven Battle Stance changed to 33% IAS with 50% KD chance on skills for 9001 seconds
Magebane Shot will disable any skill it hits
Withdraw Hexes will transfer all hexes to caster and shorten duration by 90%
Order of the Vampire will stack with all other necro enchants
Hex Eater Vortex will remove a hex from all allies in the area
Second Wind will remove all Exhaustion and buff Ele attributes by 3
Temple Strike lowered to 5e and unblockable
Tranquil was Tanasen will also grant immunity to conditions and hexes
Anthem of Guidance will scale skills from 1...4
Avatar of Melandru to 10e

functionality change to at least one earth ele skill

Hm... let's se...
[wishful_thinking]
- Fix AI to detect RoJ as AoE. If monsters leave Dragon Breath + Mark of Rodgort they should leave RoJ.
- Change in Shadow Form functionality.
- Something done to Spawning Power to be useful for more than just more health in creatures and weapon spells, for example, armor penetration for elemental damage spells (nothing extreme, something in the lines of 0..5..7% armor penetration).
- More PvP/PvE division in areas of effect. Make some PvE skills have wider areas than in PvP, that is, more things like the Fragility change.
[/wishful_thinking]
And, as always, more buffs to elementalists and nerfs to the rest! And this is not a wish, you know this WILL happen, and I LIKE it! Yay! XD

Cry of pain (no longer mesmer skill, but a core-all-profession skill.): For 989874317659465 hours, you are invulnerable. For every foe there is in the game, one foe in the same portal as you dies. 2e, 1/99 cast, 0 recharge.
RoJ: Also adds a big boom effect when ends and +dmg
Shadow Form: left alone
Imbagon- SY! now buffed to +9901242352356 armor and +9909812398471 health and energy.
Obsidian Flame: Now an elite causing 9765431897 dmg and no exhaustion.
